Services are available for one-off shipments as well as under long-term service agreements, tailored to suit the Client’s requirement.

The Company is an active participant in both the rolling stock operation market and the railcar leasing market.

The Company provides Clients with information services, including:

• Centralized dispatching control of the Company’s railcar fleet to meet Client requests in accordance with the loading schedule approved by the carrier.

• Information exchange with the Central Traffic Control Directorate of Russian Railways (RZD), the Centre for Branded Transport Services of Russian Railways (RZD), and the transport divisions of Clients.;

• real-time tracking of routes and shipments across the Russian rail network and at all freight stations and loading/unloading facilities to ensure on-time delivery;

The Company works together with the Client to evaluate and select the optimal type and quantity of rolling stock required to transport the Client's cargo, and, where necessary, develops tailored logistics schemes for cargo delivery.

The Company provides the Client with preliminary cost estimates for rail freight transportation, taking into account the cargo's characteristics, origin/destination stations, and any other special conditions involved.

Upon the Client's request, the Company offers a service covering payment of the railway tariff and other charges to the carrier (Russian Railways, RZD) in accordance with the specifics of the shipment.

Based on the Client's inquiry, the Company develops a comprehensive service package for transportation and logistics covering rail freight delivery from China to the Russian Federation.

The Company arranges the provision of a full range of maintenance and repair services to the Client (railcar owner) for various types of rolling stock.

This includes organizing scheduled depot and overhaul repairs, as well as current repairs (TR-1, TR-2), under the Company's own contracts and allocated quotas at railcar repair facilities.
